Lily is a registered Psychologist with a master’s degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology. She has experience working with children, adolescents and young adults in educational and private practice settings.
She is dedicated to child, adolescent and young adult mental health and wellbeing, and helping to empower clients to reach their fullest potential.
Lily works with clients across the lifespan who are experiencing a range of emotional, social and behavioural challenges. Specifically, childhood developmental disorders such as Attention Deficit- Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression and anxiety, stress, anger management, adjustment disorders, interpersonal difficulties and has a specialist area of interest in the mental health and wellbeing of the LGBTIQ+ community.
Lily draws on evidence-based therapeutic modalities in her practice, incorporating cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused and humanistic frameworks.
Lily aims to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment for all clients and tailors treatment approaches to suit individual needs.
