Clare Panetta (formerly Clare Ivens) is a Developmental and Educational Psychologist who has undertaken assessment, counselling and performance coaching with young people for over ten years. Clare has a special interest in Performance Psychology, which assists individuals to gain the psychological tools required to improve performance across many domains (such as academic, music and sport). Clare co-authored the “Unleash Your Potential: Thinking Skills for Peak Performance” program (McMillian, 2009) that is run in many Australian schools and aims to reduce performance anxiety and increase student engagement and outcomes.
Together with The Social Learning Studio Clare offers Seminars, PD's and Workshops to Educators, Parents and Student Cohorts. Clare offers seminars on Sleep Health, Performance Psychology, Managing Stress and Anxiety in secondary school, the Friendship Saver Program and Emotion Focused Parenting.
