Brydie has holistic view of working with working with children and young people calling on a variety of therapies to tailor to her client's needs.
She has worked as a psychologist in the education sector for over 10 years, assisting and supporting children and their families. This environment has allowed Brydie to have extensive experience across the developmental continuum, and provided her with an excellent understanding of milestones and issues that occur at each of these ages. Brydie appreciates the importance of working at a systemic level involving all the key stakeholders in a young person's life. This often includes families, school and a range of other professionals where appropriate.
Brydie enjoys consulting with schools on their wellbeing programs and presenting to staff and parents at schools on topics such as anxiety, transitions and emotional regulation.
